Refund Policy

BizDirect Marketing Agency LLC provides advertising placement in shared direct mail campaigns. Because ad space is limited and reserved in advance, the following refund policy applies to all purchases.
Payment
• Full payment is required to reserve advertising placement in the shared community mailer.
• Advertising space is considered reserved once payment is successfully completed.
Client Cancellations
• Due to the limited number of advertising placements available per mailing zone, payments are generally non-refundable once an ad placement has been reserved.
• If a cancellation request is submitted before the ad design process begins, BizDirect Marketing Agency may review the request at its sole discretion.
• Clients will receive a digital proof of their advertisement before printing.
• Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving their ad proof.
• Once the advertisement has been approved or the approval deadline has passed, refunds will not be issued.
Ad Proof Approval
Printing & Production
• Once the advertisement has been scheduled for printing or printing has begun, no refunds can be provided.
Mailing & Delivery
• Mailers are distributed through USPS to approximately 5,000 households per campaign.
• BizDirect Marketing Agency LLC is not responsible for postal delays or delivery variations, and such events do not qualify for refunds.
